Claire Hart™: Soul Searcher is a fun hidden object game where you must seek and find objects hidden in scenes.

Story Levels
Story levels tell the story of Claire through dialogue between her and other characters in this unique hidden object game. Click anywhere on the screen to advance the story line. If you would like to proceed immediately to the game, click on the 'Skip' button.

Hidden Object Levels
At the bottom of the screen is a list of hidden objects. Find all the objects inside the background displayed and click on them. Once all twelve hidden objects have been found, the level will end, and the story will continue.

Full Screen Mode
Make finding hidden objects easier by adjusting to Full Screen. Click on the button in the upper right to expand your window to Full Screen Mode. Clicking on the button again will bring your window back to Normal Mode. Become a Club Pogo member to use Full Screen mode!

Scoring
You earn points in each hidden object level. Timing is important to scoring. The faster you find and click on objects, the more points you will earn. You can also earn a lot of points by finding multiple objects in a row. Accuracy is another factor in earning a high score. Click only on the objects in your list. Randomly clicking on objects that are not on the list will earn you a time penalty.

Story Objects
Often Claire will run into objects that act as clues telling her where she should go or who she should talk to next. These will appear inside the dialogue bubble following the end of a hidden object level. Pay attention to these objects if you want to see how they blend into the story!

Hints
If your spirit sense is stymied and you can't find one of the hidden objects, click on the 'Hint' button on the lower right hand corner of the screen, and a spirit guide will point out one of the objects in your object list.

Power-Ups
Power-ups are located in the lower right hand corner of the screen. They will help you find more hidden objects more quickly. Hover over each Power-up or go to the Power-up Store to see what each one can do.

The free trials were meant to offer just a little bit of the game to see if a player liked it before purchasing a complete episode.
The game has been around long enough for players to know what the game is all about. Therefore, the free trials have been discontinued.

I guess my question/problems is small compared to those that buy the games and don't get credit, but I was just wondering why Claire Hart doesn't have the 1 free trial round anymore.

Claire Hart Soul Searcher • [GLOBAL] Errors in Subscription Renewal Dates

We are aware that a number of users are seeing incorrect renewal dates displaying on their My Account pages. Some users that are on an annual subscription and were recently billed are showing that their next billing date will be in May 2014 which is incorrect. We are correcting this issue and it should reflect on your My Account page shortly. You should be billed during the correct billing cycle related to your individual account.

It takes a while for the Gems Transaction Record to load. Give it plenty of time.

If logging out of Pogo, clearing your caches, closing your browser and rebooting doesn't clear the issue up for you. Then you will have to speak to a Customer Service agent to get the episode straightened out.

Use the help link in the upper, right-hand side of the page. Make sure you have third party cookies enabled and you must have an Origin account.

I, too, am having this issue. It says that I can buy "The Masked Man" again; however I already purchased it and have won the badge.....but, when I check my badge book it is NOT there.....so, the issue is definitely NOT resolved. When I tried to check my Gem Transaction Record (to see whether I was charged for this episode twice) I am unable to do so as when I click that link my screen goes dark...almost like that hidden object game when we tried to purchase the episodes and it would not redirect us to allow the purchase to transpire....so, I'm left scratching my head on this one......would like to know what is going on?????

Claire Hart Soul Searcher • PLEASE EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPEN

Last week - Thursday or Friday - I was looking thru the menu for Claire hart games and saw that I had games 1 and 2 of game 30 - since last week was also my birthday - a few days ago - I thot someone had bought these 2 games for my birthday so I played them - I got the game badges for both games - then when the 3rd game became available I bought that one and when I went back to the menu - it showed that games 1 and 2 were not owned by me but yet it shows the games as completed and I still have the game badges - I went ahead and played game 3 - but now games 1 and 2 are showing that I did not have them - so what happened - games still show like I played them and I have the badges - not going to go and buy them again - also my renewal for billing is the 22nd - I pay monthly and yet does not show my 8 gems for the month

Make sure your browser allows third party cookies or you will not be able to reach the Help site.

Here is how to reach Live Chat:

Click on the word Help at the top of the page.
On the next page, over on the right hand side, click on Contact Us(under EA Help) Scroll down, and click on Next. It will ask you for some information. Select Billing and Subscription. Click on Next and you will be prompted to sign into Origin. If you don't have an Origin account you can create one. Use your pogo screen name. (not your email address). You will then see the option for Live Chat. Do keep in mind that live chat is not always available at all times of the day.

If Live Chat is not available you can use the Email option.

@AlxLyn: Claire Hart episodes are listed as Haunted HOGS when you look at your Gem Transaction Record.
Episode # 99 is The Masked Man
Episode # 100 is Inside The Fog

I was charged 30 Gems instead of 20 Gems as a pogo member when I played Claire Hart on the 15th of April when Pogo was having tech problems. I have tried to contact Customer Service, but have no clue as to how to contact them. I have not received my refund of 10 gems and don't expect to receive anything at this point. It is pretty sad when Pogo claims they provide excellent service and yet they make it so difficult for one to contact them re an issue/problem.

First, check your Gems Transaction Record to see if you really did purchase it a second time because the system shouldn't let something like that happen.

Thank you for the info...i checked the gems in My Account and i was billed twice today, 4/22, for what they had listed as Haunted Hog and it was being called episode 99 and episode 100...so even that was incorrect...i will try to get into the Live Chat as you suggested to see about getting a refund... I did everything you suggested and I still have the same problem. I checked my account on two other computers and still have the same problem. I really don't see the point of paying twice for the cases so I'll just stop buying them. Thanks anyway.
