Gameplay (Caramel)
The object of Sweet Tooth is to swap adjacent sweets, creating matching rows/columns of three or more. Click on any two adjacent sweets to swap them, and when you've created an adjacent group of 3 or more of the same type, the sweets will disappear and new set of sweets will fall from above. Unlike the original game, in this mode you can swap candy diagonally as well as horizontally and vertically.
Power ups – There are five power ups in this puzzle game to help you clear candy and caramel spaces. You can activate a power up by “double clicking” on it.

Remove all pieces in horizontal row.

Remove all pieces in vertical column.

Remove all the pieces in 3 x 3 block.

Remove all candy of one color.

Remove random selection of candy.

Wild Candy - If you remove a group of five candy, you'll create a "Wild" candy somewhere in the puzzle. The Wild Candy can be matched with any two like candy (or another wild).

Locked Pieces - On higher levels of difficulty, you may find candy pieces that have been "locked" with extra layer of frosting. You can not move a locked piece to swap it with another piece. You must make a match of three similar pieces to remove the "lock" layer (but leaves behind the original piece).

Chocolate Coins – Also found on higher levels of difficulty, the very rare “Chocolate Coins” will score you a big token bonus if you can match three of them together.

Gameplay (Classic)
When you play "Sweet Tooth2" in Classic mode, the rules of the game change slightly to provide an experience similar (although not identical) to the original game. All of the features (like power ups and Wild Candy) have been removed and the puzzle grid is always 8 x 8. Candy pieces can only be moved horizontally or vertically (not diagonally, as in the Caramel mode).

In this mode, the object of the puzzle game is to fill the health bar at the bottom of the puzzle. Each time you make a match, color will be added to the bar. You’ll have to work quickly because the health bar shrinks as time passes. If you can completely fill the bar, you’ll win the round. Win three rounds in a row to earn a jackpot spin.

If you run out of moves and still have time left in the Health Meter, the board will clear and you'll get a new set of sweets to work with.

Here are some additional pointers designed to help you become a more advanced Sweet Tooth 2 player.

Caramel Mode:
  • It's important to remember that you can move candies diagonally (in addition to the classic horizontal and vertical) to make matches.
  • Each level has three different layouts. Try them all and find the set that work best for you.
  • If you can't see a match to make, click the hint button to a pair of candies you can swap.
  • The hint button will refill over a period of time, depending on the level of difficulty you've set your puzzle game at.

Classic Mode:
  • Get extra points for "chain reactions" and groups of more than 3 sweets.
  • If you aren't able to find a match, after a period of time a hint will appear automatically.
  • On higher levels of difficulty, the health bar will drain rapidly.

Leveling
  • In Caramel mode, there are five levels of difficulty. In Classic mode, there are just three levels of difficulty. In general, the level of difficulty determines the pace of gameplay, but in Caramel mode there are a number of features only available on the higher levels of difficulty.
  • In both modes, level 1 is a no-pressure configuration that showcases the basic game mechanics in an easy-win scenario. This is a good place to practice and develop your candy clicking skills.
  • Levels 2 and 3 are more challenging. The Health Meter decreases more quickly, and in caramel mode the puzzle grid shapes are more complex.
  • Levels 4 and 5 are only available in Caramel mode. Locked Pieces and Chocolate Coins only appear on these levels and the Health Meter decreases very rapidly

Scoring
  • In this fun puzzle game, you'll score 5 points for each candy you remove in a match. You'll score extra points if you can remove more than three candies at once. You'll also earn 5 points for each caramel space you clear.
  • If you create a combo cascade, you'll earn a multiplier bonus for each subsequent removal in the chain reaction.
  • On levels 4 and 5, you can earn a large bonus if you can remove a group of three or more chocolate coins. You'll Score 50 points for each Chocolate coin you remove.
  • Tokens are awarded at the end of the game, based on the number of points you scored. You'll earn 1 token for every 10 points you scored. You'll also receive bonus tokens for the longest.

Sweet Tooth is a Flash game not a Java game.

Here is what I do if a game doesn't load for me:

I leave the page and return to the home page.
I go back to the game and it usually loads on the second try.
If it doesn't load on the second try I repeat the process and it always loads on the third try.

Try that and see if it helps.

Also clear your browser's cache daily.

Also clear your Flash cache daily as it fills up quickly.

You may me right about Windows 10. I still have Windows 7 and I am not having the problems everyone is having.

I had the same problem, but found this helpful hint after digging through "help" forums for days. I use Chrome, so try this. In front of the address bar should be a "circle i" or a lock. Click on that and change Flash and Pop-ups to "Allow". When you close that box, it will ask if you want to "reload". Click on that and then try your game. Works every time for me. The only problem is if I shut down my computer or close down Pogo, I have to do it all over again when I open Pogo again. You may have to do this on their homepage and then again for a game, but sometimes not. Hopefully this will work for you.

I have Windows 10 and use Firefox. If a game doesn't load, try hitting Control and the F5 key at the same time. The game should then load.

It would be helpful if you start your own thread in the Individual Troubleshooting Section of the forums (under Help and Hints).

Be sure to read the rules for using that section. When you are ready to make your thread, describe in detail what is happening. List some games you can play and some games you can't play. Most importantly, list the information from the Systems Information Link that you will see when you read the rules. Without knowing your operating system, browser, java and flash versions, nobody will be able to offer you any suggestions.

Here is a link to the IT section:

@ tigersatthebay:

Your Flash player is working but you need to clear your Flash cache and your browser's cache.

First clear your browser's cache, history, temp files, and cookies. If you use Internet Explorer, make sure "Preserve Favorite Website Data" is not checkmarked.

Make sure you have the latest version of Flash: 25.0.0.148 See below:
Flash Help

Flash games use a lot of resources so make sure you clear your Flash cache on a regular basis:

Close your browser. Go to Start > Control Panel > Click on Flash Player or type in "Flash Player" in the "Search Control Panel box" > Storage > Click the "Delete All" button > Make sure the "Delete All Site Data and Settings" is checked > Delete Data. Restart your browser.

Also see the thread below. It will show you how to increase your Flash storage:

I Have been trying for an older badge and when I play this game I manage to finish three games, get my spin but then during the next two games the speed of the programme slows right down and takes forever to make a move. The last game also had me run out of time and I lost my next jackpot spin.

Please don't tell me that my Flash player is not working because I have gone through the process of updating.

Sweet Tooth • Not getting credit for the Jackpot spins in Sweet Tooth

By aivilo91 » May 2nd, 2017, 7:57 pm

I have played Sweet Tooth most of the morning to finish my weekly badge, getting 30 Jackpot spins.. I was up to 23 when the system went crazy and now it tells me I only have 16 of 30 jackpot spins instead of 23 out of 30.

This has taken a lot of time not to get credit, especially since today is the last day for personal badges this week.

Sweet Tooth • Candy Connoisseur badge

By carkee52 » April 28th, 2017, 11:35 pm

I feel a bit silly complaining, but Pogo just awarded me the Candy Connoisseur badge after I had cleared only 168 candies. The challenge was to clear 500 candies. Has anyone else encountered this? Comments?
